I totally love the split downstairs, so you can have a family room and a living room. Or a giant computer/game room and the other could be a TV room. And is that a Jacuzzi I spy on the back deck?
I totally agree! I would love to make one half of the house a computer/game room. That would leave an extra room upstairs for guests! It is a jacuzzi in the back yard, I can't get too excited however, because it isn't functional. :(
